StreetMark ("we", "us", "our") operates the StreetMark application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and organization details when you create an account. We also collect encounter data (locations, timestamps, field values, and photos) that you log through the application.
We use your information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the StreetMark service; to communicate with you about your account; and to generate reports for your organization. This includes using the data you provide — including voice recordings, transcripts, and field content — to operate and improve the automated and AI-assisted features of the service, such as voice dictation, transcription, and the automated extraction of field values.
We use trusted third-party service providers — including cloud hosting, storage, transcription, and artificial-intelligence providers — to process data on our behalf in order to provide and improve the service. These providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent your data.
We may create and use de-identified and aggregated data — information that does not identify you, your organization, or any individual — to analyze usage, benchmark, and improve the service.
Your data is stored securely on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information.
