StreetMark billing is designed to be predictable: flat monthly allowances per plan, per-seat pricing only for your team size, and metered overage instead of hard blocks for paying customers.

Annual billing saves ~17% compared to paying monthly.
You're billed for each active member. Adding someone mid-cycle charges a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle; removing someone doesn't generate a mid-cycle refund, and re-adding (or replacing) a member within the same billing period won't charge you twice for that seat. Seat counts sync automatically.
Pro includes 1,000 public form submissions per calendar month. Usage beyond that is billed at $0.05 per submission on your next invoice after the month closes. Enterprise is unlimited.
Each plan includes storage (see table above). On paid plans you're never blocked: if your average storage for a month exceeds what's included, the overage is billed at $0.15 per GB per month. Average is measured daily across the month, so briefly exceeding your allowance costs proportionally little. On Free, uploads pause at 1 GB until you upgrade.
Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period — you keep everything you paid for until then. Switching between monthly and annual applies immediately with a prorated adjustment. A scheduled downgrade or cancellation can be reversed any time before the period ends (Settings → Billing → Reactivate).
You'll see a warning in the app with time to update your payment method (Settings → Billing → Update Payment). If payment isn't restored after a few days, paid features pause until it is. Your data is never deleted.
Every invoice is available under Settings → Billing → Transaction History, with PDF downloads. Payment methods are managed through our payment provider's secure portal (Stripe) — we never store card numbers.
